"When we surrender to the ineffable dance of authenticity and self-discovery, it unveils a phenomenon that eludes the constraints of the ego, inviting us to forget about the repetitious thoughts of self-identification and to open to the iinexplicable flow of life.
It is what happens when we stop fighting the current, learn how to move with it, and yield to the pure force of its asking. This transformative power, arising from the depths of genuine self-awareness, unfolds as divine manifestation."

About
Alicia Marie (Ani Kaya) is a spiritual healer and intuitive guide whose approach has helped many find profound transformation on their healing journey. She has trained extensively in Amazonian Shamanism and has been deeply influenced by the teachings of Prem Baba, The Pathwork and The Undefended Self. Alicia is a certified Depth Hypnotherapist, and under the direct guidance and mentorship of Tiffany Barsotti, was trained in a methodology called Personal Self Integration, which continues to serve as a foundational thread in her evolving approach to healing
Through her multidisciplinary training and intuitive gifts, Alicia has developed an ability to hear the unspoken dialogue of the subconscious and bring it into conscious awareness. Her intuitive guidance allows her to connect with deeper levels of both cognisance and spirit, receiving insights and visions, while her perceptive abilities help identify the patterns and obstacles that may be limiting one’s perception and potential.
In her sessions, she uses a technique she developed called the Compass. The Compass explores the terrain of our unconscious (and conscious) desires, beliefs, and habits. The goal of this approach is not to drive these aspects into further exile, but to understand what they have to teach us: to discover the virtue hidden beneath the armor.
For when we remember our true North we can reconnect with our higher selves and our own deeper knowing.
Alicia works alongside her clients, holding space with tenderness and integrity, supporting them in remembering the wholeness that has always been within.
Through her work with the Compass (and the many other modalities she has studied), Alicia helps people recognize that within the shadow is a gift waiting to become a Purpose that brings greater meaning to our lives. In time, this process of reconciliation with the past creates greater coherence and a return to wholeness and well-being. Those who work with Alicia often describe their healing journey as transformative, honoring both its challenges and its sacred nature.

My Story
I come from a family lineage of mediums and psychics, and from a young age, I was attuned to the spirit world—listening inward, sensing presence. That sensitivity shaped the way I moved through life. In my 20s, I received a clear message from spirit that I needed to go to India. On that trip in 1998, I was invited to visit the Dalai Lama’s residence in Ladakh. I was one of 14 people to receive a personal blessing from him and then had the opportunity to take the Bodhisattva vow. That seminal moment with the Dalai Lama changed the course of my life forever because it taught me to listen and to trust in the guidance I receive from spirit. Upon returning to America, I began my studies at Naropa, a Buddhist University in Colorado.
While at university, I began to practice aerial acrobatics and discovered a natural talent for this discipline that eventually led to a four-year contract to tour the world. I was never one to turn down an adventure, so I spent the next years of my life touring the world with Motley Crue and Aerosmith. We did shows with the Rolling Stones and many other rock legends during that time. This was an experience beyond what most people can imagine: it was at once both exhilarating and extremely depressing. I was young, pure of heart, and terribly wide-eyed. All that I had dreamt of as a little girl proved warped rather than glamorous. I found myself surrounded by a life of private jets, drugs, exaggerated egos, greed, power, lust, and every other shadow that the belly of the beast offered.
I very nearly lost myself in this labyrinth as I became the character that I played on stage day in and day out. I had become addicted to drugs, and perhaps even more to the hunger for fame. Exhausted and living on an emotional rollercoaster was getting to me. I completed the four years, and as soon as I finished my last show, I followed my heart back to India, my place of solace in the world.
It was finally on another trip to India in 2010, on the rooftop of an ashram, that I was fully and completely brought to my knees, as I finally came face to face with the manipulating monster inside me. I realized that I was no longer playing the part, but that the part was playing me, and that my lack of self-worth desperately sought validation from the external world. I realized how addicted I had become to the reassurance I received through my beauty and how I used it to gain power through mastering the game of seduction. I saw the superficiality of the life I had created, and how no amount of applause would ever fill that hole in my heart. And I understood clearly that the very manipulation I employed to gain power was, in fact, how I gave it all away. I finally truly grasped the Buddha’s teaching that we become slaves to all that we desire and that this remains the root cause of all our suffering.
This experience shook me awake, and it was shortly after, on a pilgrimage to Rishikesh, that spirit told me to prepare myself to meet a teacher. When I met Prem Baba in Rishikesh and started attending his lectures, I knew him the moment I saw him, not with my eyes, but in my soul. He was the teacher from my vision. His teachings gave me the wisdom to recognize and slowly strip away the many masks I had developed over the years. I spent two seasons in India soaking up his divine wisdom.
Returning to the stage, I still loved the alchemy of performance, but it was no longer who I was. What once gave me a purpose in life now felt like a costume too small for my soul. I felt more in tune with spirit than ever before, but I could no longer ignore the existential crisis I was in.
My inner transformation presented unexpected challenges as my external reality no longer matched my internal world. The stage lights and applause felt increasingly distant and delusive. I began to understand that the very energy that once drove my performances was now urging me toward a new path, a path dedicated to something deeper inside myself, and that I must now uncover the truth behind the masks I had worn so well for so long.
In that threshold between performance and presence, I began to feel the fracture in the applause. What once fed me now echoed as a question I couldn’t outrun. Every spotlight illuminated not my brilliance, but the parts of me I had abandoned to be recognized and to be loved.
When I finally decided to retire from my professional career as an aerialist, I had spent almost two decades on the stage as an accomplished artist and pioneer in aerial yoga. I had succeeded in creating my life as an artist and still loved both the rush and gift of performing, but I had outgrown the role I had once agreed to play.
In 2014, my life came full circle, I was asked to perform for the Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday, shortly after I said goodbye to the stage as I knew that a cycle had come to completion. The time had arrived to finally answer the call to something deeper, to a knowing and dying that was so necessary to my own true becoming.
Since this time, I have devoted myself to deepening my relationship with spirit. I discovered the path of plant medicine and earth-based wisdom, spending many months in the Amazon retreating into long stretches of isolation and silence in order to commune with spirit and the plants to learn to grow the way they do, slowly, and with patience.
This patience became a powerful teacher as I learned to honor the gift of its unfolding. I also learned that it is one thing to receive a vision, and it is another to practice its virtue until it breathes into you a new understanding of what is possible, and becomes not a moment of insight, but a way of being.
It is through unwavering devotion to spirit and the grace of many teachers, be they human or circumstance, that I have come into deeper harmony with my ability to understand others, and through that compassion to help others and myself to integrate and express the wisdom of our souls
It is the greatest honor of my life to bear witness to another's soul. We are all remembering. And when we meet each other from that place of remembrance and reverence, healing becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
WORK WITH METhe journey hasn't ended; it has only deepened. What began as a search for truth has become a lifelong devotion to embody it.
The Art of Forgiveness: A Heart Unburdened
True forgiveness begins with the quiet acceptance of oneself; A compassionate confrontation with the beautiful imperfection that is our nature. It is not enough to merely hold the thought of forgiveness. We are called to step boldly into the terrain of our inner victim, perpetrator, and rescuer, rewriting the stories that have long kept us bound to our past wounds. This transformative work is a roadmap for healing, inviting us to re-visit and gently release the karmic ties and deep-seated beliefs that have reinforced old patterns of suffering.
Through thoughtful journaling and reflective exercises, you will be led through a process to compose a personal letter of forgiveness. A cathartic, soul-to-soul dialogue that is not meant to be sent to anyone, but serves as a sacred conversation between who you were, who you are, who you aspire to become, and perhaps someone whom you have yet to make peace with. With each word, you dismantle the lingering tendrils of unresolved hurt, allowing a resilient inner light to emerge, like the flower that blossoms quietly to reclaim its place in the world.

Compass Method
This is a path of becoming. This path is not something to be conquered or completed; it is a journey to be embarked upon.
“The Compass” is a journey of self-awareness that illuminates the path of our inner terrain. It is a spiritual map of our innerverse. It’s also a journey of self-realization that connects us with the coordinates of our sacred purpose and all that lends our life deeper meaning.
It is a spiritual tool that sheds light on how, often, what we are running towards is, secretly, what are hoping to avoid. This is the wheel of Samsara.
It’s important to understand that for many of us, what we hope for most is what we believe will save us from our greatest fears or inadequacies. Yet, ironically, what we’re most afraid of is the very curriculum we came here to embody and learn from in this lifetime.
Together, we will shed light on our unconscious, habituated patterns so we may live more consciously aligned with our divine will and our highest calling.
In this way, the Compass teaches practical self-awareness tools that help us to identify and transform our shadows into gifts so that they may become the coordinates that guide us towards our soul's sacred purpose.
As we reclaim our spiritual sovereignty, we grow into and become gatekeepers of Grace, co-creating not only our own destiny, but also a more humane world.

Let Others Inspire You.
"Through her wisdom, grace, and intuition, Alicia became my spiritual guide, counselor, hypnotherapist, and, most importantly, a dear friend. She introduced me to The Undefended Self and the teachings of The Pathwork, which became the bedrock of my healing. Whether through profound medicine ceremonies, weekly counseling sessions, or her deeply insightful hypnotherapy, Alicia’s guidance has been nothing short of miraculous. Her gift is beyond words. Alicia is the most psychic, insightful person I’ve ever met. She has an extraordinary ability to see into the heart of any issue and into the soul of the person sitting before her. Time and time again, she uncovered truths I hadn’t dared to face and helped me find the courage to confront them with compassion and strength. Her unwavering belief in my capacity to heal became my lifeline. Alicia doesn’t just work with you; she walks beside you, holding space with tenderness and integrity. She calls you to your highest self, not by force, but by gently helping you remember the wholeness that was always within you. With her, I learned that healing isn’t linear or simple. It’s messy, raw, and utterly sacred."
"If Alicia has a superpower, it’s her ability to listen - not just to words, but to the unspoken currents beneath them. Alicia’s presence is a quiet revolution. She doesn’t just heal; she transforms. Her ability to balance strength with softness, insight with compassion, is unlike anything I’ve encountered. I can say, without hesitation, that Alicia saved my life. In ceremony, she becomes a weaver, stitching together the torn threads of the soul. In her counseling, she speaks with a clarity that feels divinely inspired, reminding you of your inner wisdom and worth. To know Alicia is to be seen, fully and without condition. To walk beside her is to rediscover the sacredness of life, even in its rawest, most painful moments. She is a rare and precious soul, a force of nature, and an unwavering source of love and wisdom. For anyone fortunate enough to work with her, prepare to be transformed in ways you never thought possible. Alicia isn’t just a guide; she’s a gift, and I am endlessly grateful for her."
